These terms apply when you download or play a Sunwheel Games game or use this website. By doing so, you agree to them.

Who we are

The games and this website are provided by Sunwheel Games, based in Portugal. Contact: [email protected].

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. The games, including their code, art, music and names, belong to us or our licensors and stay ours.

What you agree not to do

• Cheat, or use hacks, bots or modified versions of a game, including to post false leaderboard scores.
• Copy, resell, decompile or redistribute a game, except where the law allows it.
• Interfere with a game’s services or with other players.

We may remove scores or restrict access where these rules are broken.

Stores and third-party services

Our games are distributed through stores such as Google Play and Steam, and may use services such as Google Play Games for leaderboards and achievements. Your use of those stores and services is covered by their own terms. Sign-in with Google Play Games is optional.

Ads

Our free games are supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of ads or the sites and apps they lead to.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what data our games and this website collect and how it is used.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering a game or any of its features at any time. We try to keep our games working, but we don’t promise they will always be available or free of errors.

No warranty and liability

The games and this website are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties not set out here and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer in your country.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
